Plan and conduct the banquet to recognize all those members who have volunteered for Chamber projects during the past year.

Organize and host the annual auction and meet the fundraising goal through net proceeds, including Century Club ticket sales. 

Bethlehem Revisited
Coordinate Bethlehem Revisited encouraging participation from the Chamber membership. 

Lifestyles Home & Family Expo
Coordinate joint attendance to assist in marketing the Chamber memberships, products, and services through a high technology exhibit and job fair.

Candlelight Home Tour
Coordinate the annual Candlelight Home Tour keeping the Chamber membership abreast of all activities.

Chamber Ambassadors
Responsible along with Chamber Staff for programs such as: grand openings and recognition programs for Ambassadors. Assist in Membership Drives to reach annual goals and retention of current members.

Christmas Parade
Coordinate & produce annual Christmas parade.

Crape Myrtle Festival/ July 4 Parade
Organize and produce the Fourth of July Crape Myrtle Festival and parade.

Crime Stoppers
Promote Crime Stoppers, Neighborhood Watch and Strategic Planning in Waxahachie.

Economic Development
Report on a monthly basis economic development activity for the city. Meet with prospects and protect the overall city image along 287 & I-35E.

Gingerbread Golf Classic
Host a spring golf outing for the Chamber, meeting the fundraising goal.

Homebuilders
Promote quality housing for citizens in Waxahachie and Ellis County.

Keep Waxahachie Beautiful
Promote beautification efforts throughout Waxahachie by participating in Adopt-A-Street, the annual Trash Off, recycling, and encouraging renovation of historical districts.

Leadership Waxahachie
Provide an annual forum each fall to educate, prepare, and enable leaders in the community.

Legislation
Plan for common needs, cooperating for mutual benefit, and coordinating for sound regional
development throughout the legislative year.

Membership Networking
Create networking opportunities for members and encourage attendance to Chamber events.

Partners in Education
Continue the volunteer program between local business and industry and the Waxahachie ISD regarding all educational programs including: mentor program, Job Shadowing, DEAR Day, and Teacher of the Year Award.

Shop Waxahachie
Work in conjunction with the City of Waxahachie and Downtown Merchants Association to promote the sale of Waxahachie Bucks and encourage residents to shop locally.

Texas Country Reporter Festival
Coordinate the Annual Texas Country Reporter Festival working in conjunction with the Downtown Merchants and Phillips Production Company.

Transportation
Continue to support the region’s mobility needs, the adequacy of available resources to address those needs and strategic efforts to increase funding for surface transportation.

Waxahachie Partnership, Inc.
Increase the desirability of Waxahachie as an overnight visitor destination.

Workforce Initiatives
Maintain a strategic focus on workforce issues in the community and take a leadership role in setting workforce policy.
