The Navarro College Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a nonprofit professional management counseling service funded by Navarro College and the U.S. Small Business Administration. The SBDC offers free individual and confidential counseling, as well as low cost, informative seminars and workshops.

Getting Your DBA (Doing Business As) To receive your DBA visit the Ellis County Clerk's Office, located at 117 West Franklin Street in downtown Waxahachie.
